1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of SubscriptionDay and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have the consent and supervision required by applicable law.
2. What the app does
SubscriptionDay is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a bank, payment processor or financial adviser. It does not read bank accounts, initiate payments, change a provider’s subscription or cancel one on your behalf. You remain responsible for managing subscriptions with their providers.
3. Your records and reminders
Check all entered and recognized information, especially screenshot-derived prices, currencies, cycles and dates. Calculated totals and dates are estimates based on your records, not proof of a charge or a provider’s binding schedule. Notification delivery depends on permission, operating-system settings and available scheduled reminders. Open the app periodically and independently check important deadlines.
4. Availability and paid features
The current implementation does not process in-app purchases. Any displayed Pro pricing in a development build is not a purchase offer. If paid features are introduced, the actual price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Purchases through Apple will also be subject to the applicable App Store terms and refund process.
5. Acceptable use and ownership
Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or infringe others’ rights. You retain rights in your own records. The app, website and original branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Service names and third-party logos identify the services they represent and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Your right to use the software is subject to the applicable distribution licence and mandatory law.
6. Backups and third-party services
Maintain backups of information you need. Importing a backup can merge records and replace matching records or settings. Review files before importing. Third-party services, Apple subscription management and chosen backup destinations operate under their own terms. Their availability and charges are outside our control.
7. Limitations and your legal rights
We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free recognition or delivery of every reminder. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user records, missed reminders or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where protected by law.
8. Stopping use and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting a local record or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription with another provider. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately. The updated date identifies the current version. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and rights to use competent courts remain unaffected.
9. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Contact the operator regarding these terms or the service. English and Chinese versions are intended to have the same meaning; neither version overrides mandatory rights under applicable law.
